Brian Just Band Walker Fields Alexander in Plaid Amsterdam Bar & Hall Friday, October 21st Facebook Events Page  Dear Friends, Rachel and I have returned to Minneapolis after spending 4 1/2 months in Yellowstone National Park. We've moved into a nice home, that's right a two story house! With Brian, Josie, and Rick. Now we are looking for part-time jobs and will focus on making art more.   While in Yellowstone I started putting together a new website for Brian's band. The site we'd made originally was very attractive, but it was slow to update. Also, when we'd made it Brian was a solo act, now he'd moved beyond that and needed something a little bigger. So that's up and running here: www.brianjust.com Also I made a new poster for a show of his in Mankato. Brian asked me to make something "simpler", something his mother would see and say, "Oh that's very nice." It was a challenge, as I often want to make things ridiculous, but I'm happy with what turned out. I need to focus on simple and attractive more often. Oh yeah, and I found a drawing I did a year ago of some technology stuffs, and another Microsoft Paint drawing of the Badlands.  This is a band poster I made this afternoon. I combined two drawings, one was of the Eiffel Tower as seen on Google Street View, the other of an imaginary flower.
