Solo Project: I worked with Peace Coffee to redesign their packaged coffee and improve the in-store bulk grinding experience to better serve their customers based upon surveys, user interviews, and participant led usability testing. Created signage and a website to educate customers on the effects of climate change on coffee production.

Terrifying patrons in a unique fully-immersive, improvisational, artist created haunted house.
Working on various sized teams, setting goals, testing scare methods on guests, and adapting based on guest response.
Empathy: The only way to successfully scare 300 people a night is through empathy and respect.

Lead and motivated a team of 10 mechanics, managed their time, gave orders, solved problems, learned to ask for help.
Adapted to budget and resource availability, missing equipment and personel loss.
